The Network Support Company was founded in 2001 with the aim of providing high-quality IT support for businesses across all industries and of all sizes.

Outsourced and on-site support for SMEs

Since we began in 2001, we’ve worked with a number of SMEs across a variety of sectors, including banks, schools, multinational corporates and NHS trusts. We provide both outsourced and on-site support.

We can provide a one-stop shop for SMEs that includes the procurement, installation and support of everything your IT systems need, from hardware and software to licensing and internet connectivity. We also facilitate the achieving of high-demand accreditations such as Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus.

Support service for large organisations

When working with larger organisations in comparison to SME’s, such as global organisations, we adapt our services to provide the support needed. We supply third-line specialist skills in areas such as firewalls and VPNs, business continuity and disaster recovery planning and virtualisation.

We’re also Microsoft Authorised Education Resellers, which means we’re more than capable of working with schools and colleges. We can provide tailored IT support, consultancy and any necessary equipment. We can work with education software such as SIMS, iSAMS, CMIS and the RM management suites.

With a client retention rate of almost 100%, extremely low staff turnover and new clients frequently jumping on board, our approach definitely works for both our staff and clients, keeping everyone happy.


Unlike most other IT support companies, we have virtually no staff turnover. This means that our clients can get to know the engineers here and work with the same people across a number of projects – something that is frequently commented on as being helpful and quite rare.
