Fully outsourced IT function
We provide them with a fully outsourced IT function, from board-level strategic guidance down to onsite first-line support. We also supplied, installed and manage servers in their Singapore and New York offices, and we liaise with their other suppliers (such as website designers, marketing agencies and telephone providers) to ensure that all of the systems work together seamlessly and securely.
Because they take credit card payments on behalf of their clients they are subject to PCI legislation, and we have guided them through that potential minefield, ensuring that their operations and processes are fully PCI-compliant and that their customers’ data is as safe as possible.
Logging system outgrown
Finally, when their call centre outgrew their existing call logging system, we were given the task of identifying, recommending and implementing a suitable alternative – as a result of which we were able to lower their recurring call charges by over 30%.
