Their full-time IT manager had decided to relocate closer to home, and they were hoping to outsource this role moving forwards in order to eliminate the risks associated with relying heavily on a single individual. 24×7 support infrastructure
Because we have a number of clients with international offices, we already had an established 24×7 support infrastructure in place and we were therefore able to provide credible outsourced support with an SLA-backed 5-minute emergency response time. We also attend all of the client’s regular PCI meetings and take part in the annual PCI and data protection audits and penetration tests, and we ensure that several of our staff are fully trained on their systems and experienced in supporting them.
